This website and online store are operated by SOLMATE® and powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer curated products, tools, and services to support your journey—from checkout to takeoff.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by SOLMATE®. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and handling are additional unless otherwise noted. You agree to provide accurate and updated payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable amounts.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SOLMATE® orders are carefully packaged and shipped with love. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Once a product leaves our hands, shipping risk transfers to the customer. Delivery times are estimates only.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All trademarks, logos, content, and product designs on this site are the property of SOLMATE® or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our Services without our written consent.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY SOLMATE® is powered by Shopify. While Shopify enables our store functionality, all transactions and product relationships are with SOLMATE®. Shopify is not liable for your purchase experience.
