Thank you for shopping with SOLMATE®! Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, timelines, and what to expect once you place an order.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page (i.e. for preorder items).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier chosen at our discretion).

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

If you're outside the U.S. and want to place an order, please email us at kelly@solmateusa.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Delivery Times

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

Preorders
If you purchased a preorder item, please refer to the estimated ship window on the product page.
All preorder updates will be sent via email.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
SOLMATE® is not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
